ACCOUNT

  1. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
    Customers are not required to create an account in order to place an order. Purchases may be completed through guest checkout.

    Account registration is optional and enables customers to access order history and manage personal details. TINY BLOOMERS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the event of misuse or breach of applicable terms.


  2. What should I do if I forget my password?
    Customers who have registered an account may request a password reset via: tiny-bloomers.com/account/login

    If the password reset process is unsuccessful, customers may contact info@tiny-bloomers.com. TINY BLOOMERS reserves the right to request verification of identity prior to restoring access.

ORDERS

  1. When is an order considered confirmed?
    An order is deemed confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation email has been issued.

    TINY BLOOMERS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing inaccuracies, technical errors, or stock unavailability.

  2. Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?

    Once payment has been completed and an order has been confirmed, orders may not be modified or cancelled.

    In accordance with UAE consumer protection regulations, cancellation after confirmation is not guaranteed. Customers may exercise their right of return after delivery, subject to the conditions set out below.

  3. To which countries does Tiny Bloomers ship?
    TINY BLOOMERS offers international shipping to selected destinations.

    Available shipping destinations, estimated delivery times, and applicable shipping fees are displayed on the website and during checkout. TINY BLOOMERS reserves the right to amend shipping destinations at its discretion.

  4. How long does delivery take and what are the associated costs?
    Delivery times provided are estimates only and do not constitute binding delivery dates.

    TINY BLOOMERS shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including customs clearance, courier delays, force majeure events, regulatory inspections, or public holidays.

    Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and selected shipping method and are disclosed at checkout.

  5. Will I receive tracking information for my shipment?
    Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive shipment tracking details by email.

    Responsibility for monitoring shipment progress rests with the customer.

  6. How can I report a defective, damaged, or incorrect item?
    Customers must notify TINY BLOOMERS of any defective, damaged, or incorrect items within a reasonable period after delivery by submitting a request via the contact form available on the website or by emailing info@tiny-bloomers.com.

    Any complaint must include, at a minimum:
    • The relevant order reference number
    • Proof of purchase
    • Clear photographic evidence of the alleged defect or damage

    TINY BLOOMERS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to inspect, verify, and assess all claims prior to determining whether a remedy is applicable.

PAYMENT

  1. Which payment methods are accepted?
    TINY BLOOMERS accepts payments through secure, SSL-encrypted systems operated by authorized payment service providers.

    Accepted payment methods include, but are not limited to:
    • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
    • iDEAL
    • PayPal
    • Apple Pay
    • Google Pay

    TINY BLOOMERS does not store full payment card details.
  2. When will I receive my refund after returning an item?
    Refunds are processed only after returned items have been received and inspected.

    Inspection may take up to 14 calendar days. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days via the original payment method.

    TINY BLOOMERS shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.

RETURNS

  1. How can I return an order?
    Can we create a return proces so that the customer receives a label?

    The amount refunded includes the purchase price only—shipping fees are non-refundable.
  2. What is the return period?
    Customers may initiate a return within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided the return conditions are met.
  3. What conditions apply to returns?
    Returned items must:
    • Be returned within the prescribed return period
    • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
    • Be returned in original condition with all labels and packaging intact
    • Include the original packing slip
    • Be returned at the customer’s expense

    TINY BLOOMERS reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
  4. Are exchanges possible?
    TINY BLOOMERS does not offer product exchanges.

    Customers wishing to receive a different item or size must return the original item and place a new order separately.

  1. How should Tiny Bloomers products be cared for?
    Customers must follow the care instructions provided on the garment label.

    TINY BLOOMERS  accepts no liability for damage resulting from failure to adhere to the prescribed care instructions.

  2. What happens if a product is out of stock?
    Product availability is subject to change without notice.

    Customers may register to receive restock notifications. Such registration does not constitute a reservation, guarantee of availability, or obligation to restock.

  3. Who is responsible for selecting the correct size?
    Customers are solely responsible for selecting the appropriate size.

    Size charts and product descriptions are provided for guidance only and do not constitute a guarantee of fit. Minor variations in appearance or measurements do not constitute a defect.
