5. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are valid at the time of ordering and include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise. Additional charges, including delivery fees, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges, may apply depending on the destination and shall be borne exclusively by the customer.
Payments must be completed using the payment methods made available during checkout. Where payment is made by credit or debit card, the corresponding amount will be charged immediately upon order confirmation.
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and are redeemable solely through the Tiny Bloomers webstore.
6. Products, Availability, and Presentation
Certain products are offered exclusively through the Tiny Bloomers webstore and may be produced in limited quantities. Product availability is subject to change without notice, and restocking of sold-out items cannot be guaranteed.
While every effort is made to present product descriptions, images, and colours as accurately as possible, minor variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or production characteristics. Such variations shall not constitute grounds for complaint.
Tiny Bloomers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict sales by customer, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to modify or discontinue any product or offering at any time without prior notice.
7. Order Processing and Delivery
Tiny Bloomers endeavours to process and dispatch orders in a timely manner. Any delivery times communicated are estimates only and shall not be construed as guaranteed delivery dates.
Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout. The risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to the customer upon delivery.
For deliveries outside the United Arab Emirates, additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may be imposed by local authorities. Tiny Bloomers has no control over such charges and accepts no responsibility for their payment.
Legal ownership of the products shall transfer to the customer only upon receipt by Tiny Bloomers of full payment for the order.
8. Product Use and Quality Disclaimer
Tiny Bloomers products are crafted using high-quality fabrics and materials, with a strong emphasis on design, heritage, and aesthetic appeal. Products are not manufactured with a guarantee of unlimited durability, nor are they intended for intensive, improper, or unintended use.
All children’s products must be used strictly under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Tiny Bloomers shall not be held liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, misuse, or failure to adhere to provided care, safety, or washing instructions.
Products such as garments are inherently subject to normal wear and tear. The longevity of any product is dependent upon frequency of use, handling, and compliance with recommended care instructions.
9. Returns and Refunds
Return requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the order. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Unless the returned product is deemed faulty, all return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. Refunds will be processed after receipt and inspection of returned items and issued to the original method of payment.
Tiny Bloomers reserves the right to refuse returns or apply a partial refund where returned items show signs of wear, washing, damage, missing labels, or excessive use.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may be excluded from the right of return.
